
Light as a kiss
Here’s an interesting development in the candy world: aerated chocolates. Now, I remember eating candy bars in France many years ago that had an unaccustomed texture tho I liked it. Well, now I know what it was, and so does Hershey’s. Here’s what their official release says:
“Hershey’s has recently debuted a new riff on its chocolate bars and kisses: aerated chocolate. “Your taste buds have never experienced chocolate bubbles like these,” claims Hershey’s.”
Some cynics have already voiced their opinions regarding the selling of air for profit and I see their point, but the real issue is, will people like it? Remains to be seen tho I confess I certainly will give it a try and see if it brings back memories of those French moments of enjoyable candy eating.

Aerated chocolates here to stay?
