Handfull of Caramel Corn goodness.
As you may recall (or not) in an earlier post about county fair treats and the like, I posted a photo of what was supposed to be caramel corn jelly beans from Jelly Belly. Turns out I had mistakenly taken a photo of a handful of buttered popcorm jellies. Imagine my dismay!! Well, adhering to the most stringent journalistic standards, I immediately (well, within a couple weeks anyway) contacted the Jelly Belly Factory to see if I could get a sample, since none were available in Sebastopol nor Santa Rosa. The kind folks there did indeed send me a small bag full and I have dutifully photographed them and I am now posting them here.
Let me just say, they were worth the wait cause they are not only very photogenic in the morning sun but they tasted just like the caramel corn I love to eat at county fairs! So, thanks Jelly Belly for the taste treats!!
